DAYS 1 – 3
Bangkok, Thailand
Arrive in Bangkok. Enjoy an exclusive tour of the Prasart
Museum followed by a ride along the Thonburi Klongs
in a traditional longtail speed boat. Continue to the Prasart
Museum for an exclusive visit. The museum was built by a
wealthy real estate business man who fell love with Thai art and
architecture. He brought back priceless art and antiques from
abroad and used his own house as museum to display them.

DAYS 4 & 5
Siem Reap, Cambodia
Explore Angkor Wat, the most famous of all the temples on the
plain of Angkor. It is considered by many to be one of the most
spectacular monuments ever conceived by the human mind.
On Day 5, visit Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples
in the area.

DAYS 6 – 8
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, originally built in the time of the
French colonial occupation. The 75-mile underground network
zigzags from the southern tip of the Ho Chi Minh Trail near
Cambodia to the Saigon River. In Thoi Son, you are invited
to meet fishermen and their families on your visit to their homes
and farms.

DAYS 9 – 11
Hué & Da Nang
In Hué, visit the Imperial Citadel, a 1,000-acre complex with
66-foot-wide ramparts and a moat. This ancient complex was
modeled after the Forbidden City in Beijing, China. Tonight,
slumber in an ocean-view room overlooking Da Nang’s
renowned “China Beach.”

DAYS 12 – 14
Ha Long & Hanoi
In Ha Long, sail aboard a traditional Vietnamese-style junk
through some of the 3,000 limestone and dolomite islets.

life of the people.

DAYS 15 & 16
Luang Prabang, Laos
Explore Luang Prabang, the crown jewel of Laos and perhaps
the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. Take a

of Pak Ou, which houses thousands of statues of Buddha. Enjoy
a special stop at a local village, and treat yourself to a glass of
tasty local rice wine.

If you’re adventurous, you’ll discover authentic Vietnamese
food fresh from street stalls; but those with more reserve
will find colonial French cuisine holding court at Au
Manoir de Khai. Service at the upmarket, set-menu

du canard to roast rack of lamb in thyme and a ginger
