Your thrilling experience flying a Robinson R22 helicopter begins with a 30 minute ground lesson conducted at the helicopter. Here, your instructor will explain how the helicopter flies, what each control does, how to read the gauges, what to look for in conducting the pre-flight inspection, and how to make sure the helicopter is safe to fly.

After the completion of your ground instruction, you will take off for your 30 minute flight lesson. With the help of your instructor, you will take the controls for your first flying lesson to see what it is like to pilot an Robinson R22 Helicopter!

During your flight you will have the chance to experience many different flight conditions, such as, straight and level flight, climbs, turns, descents, and hovering. By the end of this exhilarating experience, with the ground lesson and flight combined, you will have a basic understanding of how to fly a helicopter!

Your flight will take place on the Robinson R22 which provides a very smooth ride and has dual controls.

 

All pilots are accident and incident free and the Company has a 100% safety record. Pilots are trained beyond the rating they currently hold and most of them are Certified Flight Instructors as well as Commercial Helicopter Pilots.

 

All participants be a US Citizen and have a valid Government Issued Photo ID (passport or driving license). The Participation is limited to individuals weighing less than 200lbs and less than 6'1" tall. Participants are required to sign a Liability Release Form.
