Hop into the pilot seat, learn the basics of aviation, take the controls and get ready to view some of Northern New Jersey's famous sites. On this hands-on scenic flight lesson you will learn the basics of flight and take over the controls of a light aircraft.

Your experience will begin with 30 minutes of ground instruction during which your Certified Instructor will go over the aircraft controls and preflight safety and training information. You will then spend an hour in the air learning how to control the aircraft as you fly over Northern New Jersey. While at the controls, you may even spot the magnificent New York City skyline in the distance!

Whether you are looking begin a new hobby or to simply try your hand at flying – you will be able to say you’ve soared during your own Scenic Flight Lesson.

 

Unless an Alternative Aircraft Option is selected, the Flight Lesson over Northern New Jersey will take place in a Cessna 172. Participation is limited to individuals weighing less than 225lbs, and the maximum combined weight of both passengers may not exceed 375lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have broken bones or other physical conditions which are considered unsafe conditions are not eligible to participate.
