Experience the thrill of the circus style flying trapeze! This Trapeze New York experience is a two-hour class that will teach you the basics of the art of the trapeze while you fly through the air!

 

During the beginner-friendly Trapeze Lessons in the Hamptons, students will receive a ground-lesson and then spend most of the class flying through the air on the outdoor trapeze. With each attempt, your Instructor will assist you with taking it to the next level by teaching you new tricks as you develop fundamental skills. There’s even an opportunity to be caught in mid-air in the first class!

 

This New York Trapeze class will introduce you to all aspects of flying, familiarize you with the apparatus and terminology of the trapeze, and teach you to perform basic tricks.
