Herborista del Rei. One of Barcelona's oldest and best loved shops for herbs and spices. Located in Gotico area of Barcelona. Established in 1823 and still in business. Customers along the way included Spanish Queen Isabel II, who enjoyed lavendar bathes with herbs from this shop. Products include medicinal herbs, natural beauty products and also ecological wines and olive oils. This is one of the shops that was recognised as being over 100 years old with a pavement plaque in 1999
